Senior Site Reliability Engineer (offline)

Requirements:
- A proven background in software engineering and a firm belief in continuous testing and delivery, or significant relative operational experience running services at scale
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform/Ansible/Chef
- Experience with containerized microservice application environments
- Experience with any of the major cloud providers
- Experience with system monitoring solutions such as Prometheus/Zabbix/Icinga and log aggregation systems such as ELK
- Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, Flux for CI/CD purposes
- Written and spoken English (upper-intermediate, advanced)

What can be a plus:
- Strong experience working with Linux systems
- Good understanding of network stack primitives such as routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls
- Experience with Flux, ArgoCD, Istio

What you will do:
- Become an expert at leveraging GCP as our primary cloud provider
- Become an organizational subject matter expert for Kubernetes service orchestration with Helm template engine
- Create dynamic and repeatable Kubernetes clusters using Terraform as the main tool for IaC management
- Be part of the team that owns and runs Prometheus, Kiali, Jaeger, and Elastic Cloud for monitoring
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call support along with our product teams and a dedicated Incident Manager team
- Partner with Product teams to architect and improve our services and ensure they are production-ready
- Work closely with PostgreSQL, ArangoDB, Google BigQuery, Elasticsearch, Redis as datastores for our deployments

— Terraform as the main tool for IaC management;
— Github Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD for CI/CD purposes;
— Prometheus and ELK for monitoring;
— Services written with Clojure, Python, and Go;
— PostgreSQL, CouchDB, Google BigQuery, Elasticsearch, Redis as databases
