Lead FullStack (Python + JS) Engineer (offline)

On Behalf of our client, AgileEngine is looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer focused on fullstack development to join our team full time. We are looking for talented engineers who build elegant, scalable software platforms. We’re less concerned with GPA, years in industry, or particular technologies and more interested in passion, potential, and perseverance.

What is required?

● 5+ years of professional engineering experience with web / client-apps
● A strong understanding of Computer Science disciplines: data structures, algorithms, and software design
● Proficiency with a server-side language (ideally Python, but could work with any backend background)
● Fluent knowledge of RESTful design principles
● Experience with web technologies and design patterns (JavaScript — ideally Vue, HTML5, CSS3 (BEM + LESS), MVC, REST, JSON, etc.)
● Knowledge of cross-browser development techniques and browser degradation strategies
● Responsive web design experience
● Experience with component-based development
● Team Leadership skills and proven experience
● Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills
● Great English and communication skills
