QA Team lead (manual) (offline)

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a QA;
0.5+ year as a team lead;
Deep knowledge of main testing principles;
Test design techniques;
Know test documentation development principles and methods;
Have an understanding of SQL and hands-on experience using one of the DB;
Have experience with HTML, Web Services, RESTful API, network protocols;

Responsibilities:
Create and implement a clear testing flow into the overall product development workflow;
Manage the QA team (5 QA manual + 1 automation QA);
Regular communication and cooperation with PO and developers;
Define and implement quality assurance practices and procedures, and other QA assessments;
Improve the development process of our products;
Collect, analyze, and classify errors to help developers fix issues quicker
