The Order Management System team designs, implements and supports the services for order lifecycle orchestration and we build that in a modular, flexible and scalable way that supports an ever-changing business. Responsibilities - Close collaboration with Nordstrom Product and Engineering Management; - Collaborate with the team to come up with optimal technical solutions; - Ensure that delivery commitments are met; - Take ownership of system quality; - Write product requirements, user stories, and work with Engineering to build, launch and measure - Work with development teams and management to address questions/concerns during a sprint - Stakeholders expectations management - Do short-term planning of features based on team capacity&velocity
Skills Required - 5+ years as a System/Business analyst and/or Product Manager/Owner; - Fluent/advanced English, excellent communication; - Solid understanding of technology (e.g. Cloud, APIs, networks, microservices, databases, Kafka etc.); - Deep understanding of SDLC - Ability to manage several dev teams simultaneously - Facilitating scrum meetings
