We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Kharkiv!

As such, we are pleased to be looking for the next great Service Delivery Manager to join our team. Our customers’ success is critical to our success meaning this role comes with the responsibility of being hand in hand with our customers to solve their challenges and support their businesses. Furthermore, a Service Delivery Manager is expected to become a subject matter expert on all aspects of GeoGuard’s products and services.
Your key accountabilities and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Interact with customers on a daily basis;
- Become a thought leader in the area of geo-circumvention technologies and solutions;
- Match customer needs to GeoGuard capabilities;
- Be a dependable partner for GeoGuard customers.
Skills and qualifications:
- Technical mindset and problem-solving skills;
- Takes on responsibility and ownership of tasks;
- Customer-first mentality;
- Comfortable with working alone and as part of a team;
- Ability to understand complex problems and break them down into manageable components;
- Ability to translate technical customer needs into product definition and design.
