Business Analyst/Technical Writer (offline)

We are looking for the first and only Business Analyst for our team in the Kyiv office.

Expertise:
• Skill and experience of the preparation business requirements/functional specifications for the software development
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in form of user stories and acceptance criteria, use cases;
• Experience in modeling via BPMN, ERD, state, scope modeling techniques;
• Experience in presale/discovery activities;
• Experience in business, systems, and engineering process modeling;
• Experience with writing technical and process documentation;
• Analytical skills, systematic approach, independence, diligence, reliability, flexibility, problem-solving skills
• Good communication ad organization skills, and the ability to talk with technical, non-technical resources, as well as management;
• Problem-solving skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and processes;
• Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English.

As a plus
• Experience in data visualization techniques and tools (Figma, Axure, Visio, draw.io or similar);
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus;
• Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies;


Responsibilities
• Identifying, gathering, and preparing requirements for development;
• Analyze business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and a workflow analysis.
• Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications.
• Enrich user stories, create process descriptions in confluence, and agree on API specifications.
• Presenting specification documents to customers and development teams
• Own and develop the relationship with 3rd parties providers, working with them to optimize and enhance our integrations;
• Translation of the business requirements into specific deliverables: use cases, business process description, functional specification, etc
• Maintain backlog and keep solution requirements documentation for new functionality up-to-date;
• Create and maintain updated the project documentation and UX/UI designs, contribute to the company’s knowledge base;
