IT Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities:
• handle the full recruiting cycle;
• support candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow;
• close cooperation with Hiring Managers;
• recruitment database maintenance in ATS;
• help with data collection and analytics;
• to be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs;
• use traditional and creative resources to identify and attract A-level candidates;
• generate creative ideas and implement them.

What We'll Expect from You:
• 1+ year of hands-on experience as an IT recruiter
• deep understanding of the software development domain;
• analytical skills and attention to detail;
• interacting with professionals in niche platforms;
• knowledge of various recruiting tools;
• upper-intermediate English is a must;
• Drive, Sense of Urgency;
• high level of energy and initiative;
• great communication skills;
• ability to partner and be a team player.
