Middle Product Manager/Business Analyst — WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager/Business Analyst to support the expansion of the project. Our customer is one of the leaders of the contingent workforce management market in the USA. The product helps Fortune500 clients to hire and manage hundreds of thousands of contingent workers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan business analysis activities
- Participate in business requirements elicitation and analysis by communicating with stakeholders, data analysis, documentation analysis
- Develop functional requirements
- Communicate the requirements to the development team, support the development team during implementation
- Support and participate in pre- and post-release activities such as user acceptance testing and communication of changes to the user groups

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or a similar position in IT;
- Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
- Advanced communication skills — leading meetings and facilitating discussions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be ready to work on a shifted schedule 2 days per week (till 10-00 PM)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical/software development background and mindset
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience in wireframing
