Technical Recruiter (offline) $1000-1400
Requirements:
1+ years of experience as IT-Recruiter
Experience with recruitment processes and databases
Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing and Content creation
Effective negotiating skills
Understanding of Importance of Storytelling in Recruitment
Good time-managementskills
English — Intermediate
l thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Working conditions:

Duties:
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
Interview candidates following the company’s rules and regulations
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/social network/colleges etc
Collaboration with hiring managers to create job descriptions
Source passive candidates and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Able to define the value proposition of WeSoftYou Company for job candidates.
Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
