Requirements:
β’ 1-2 years of working experience as a Technical Communicator, Technical Writer, or Information Engineer
β’ Advanced or proficient level of English
β’ Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
β’ Experience in the estimation, aligning, and managing own tasks
β’ Background of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
β’ Basic knowledge about the concept of HTML, CSS, and XML
β’ Attention to details, striving to immerse in technical peculiarities
β’ Flexibility and responsibility
β’ Ability to work in a team and individually
Duties:
β’ Dive deep into the business aspect of products that you document
β’ Identify project and documentation requirements to produce corresponding user assistance
β’ Conform to the TechComm project requirements, follow style recommendations and guidelines
β’ Create templates for online or printed documentation
β’ Create and update both end-user and developer documentation
β’ Develop complex technical illustrations (diagrams, workflows, and similar)
β’ Arrange product documentation a way to ensure usability and convenient navigation
β’ Wrest information from SMEs and ensure that they provide technical review of your content
β’ Cooperate with the client to elicit requirements, validate and approve your work at main stages of documentation development life cycle
β’ Perform editorial review of the documentation created by another TC
β’ Create and style presentations, develop templates for them
β’ Develop complex simulation or simple interactive videos
