Professional requirements:
excellent communication skills and competent language
knowledge of search and selection methods
desire to find and use non-standard methods of approach to search for candidates
attention to details, initiative, creativity, responsibility, ability to solve problem situations, desire to learn and develop professionally
result oriented

Content of work:
preparation of job description together with the Charterer
search for new potential Employees (initial selection of candidates on the resume, arranging and conducting interviews)
working with specialized resources: Linkedin, job-sites, social networks (Facebook, VK)
participation in external events (job fairs, career days)
preparation of materials for brochures and other reference / advertising resources

It is welcomed:
Higher Education (HR, Psychology)
experience in recruiting by using a wide range of tools
knowledge of features and requirements of the IT market
English language skills at Intermediate level
