Product Owner (offline)

Project Description:
Work for a core delivery team inside Luxoft Automotive Division to develop the new incumbent of a suite of products. These products are focused on the development and delivery of the next generation entertainment system inside the automotive area. For being able to fulfill the customer expectations we need additional experienced Product Owner. You will work in a challenging environment with intercultural and international teams where the company culture and language is a mix of German and English. In this role you will be part of the development Team for premium OEM.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with internal/external groups during analysis and development phase.
• Assist in determining project scope and technical designs.
• Collaborate with management on road map and strategy.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to provide delivery according to schedule.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and resolve risks
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders including client teams, architects, developers, testers, and quality assurance to clarify business and technical requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication.
Mandatory Skills Description:
• 2+ years' technical background in automotive
• Upper Intermediate level of English
• 2+ years' experience as Product Owner, Team leader or Scrum Master
• 2+ years' experience managing cross functional efforts and teams
• 2+ years' experience in managing people; must understand and inspire people, especially in sensitive situations
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent developing and delivering presentations skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge and insight into ASPICE
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience working with Atlassian stack
• Experience working with MS Project
• Experience with MS PowerPoint
