Test Manager / Senior Tester (for EU candidates) (offline)

You will be joining two frontend development teams to work on growing and enhancing our offering into a class leading product. We are constantly looking to innovate in terms of features, but we'll be counting on you to make sure those features are performant and of unmatched quality. As a Test Manager, you'll be responsible for software quality, leading and supporting our testing teams and doing overall coordination across the teams.

Candidates must be able to legally work in Germany and be able work in English and German (B2+)

Requirements:
- 7+ years experience as a tester/ test manager in an Аgile
- Expert guidance in terms of leading testing teams
- Experience in coordinating huge and complex software projects
- You like creating test concepts and prepare overarching tests across teams
- Motivated to help with feature and regression testing in the teams
- You can review and improve technical concepts
- You enjoy working on a dynamic, loosely structured and highly collaborative team
- Accompanying overarching projects from concept until launch
- Organize and lead testing kick-offs and testing days with external partners
- Monitor and improve software quality.
Bonus points:

- You have a keen eye for design.
