IT Security Manager (offline)

What you need to succeed in this role:

- 1+ year hands-on experience in the field of cybersecurity;
- Hands-on experience in cloud security related topics (Cloud Access Security, Data Leakage Prevention, Multi Factor Authentication, Data Rights Management, Web Application Firewalls, Security Compliance Auditing, Security Incident handling, Data encryption etc.);
- Ability to interpret cloud security risks into high level organizational risks;
- Strong understanding of network security and commonly used protocols;
- Experience in security research and hands-on penetration testing;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Understanding of Secure Software Development practices;
- Intermediate level of English.

What you are going to do:

Collect, analyse and organise information about corporate information assets;
Define and implement corporate information security risk management strategy;
Define potential threats and vulnerabilities, implement protection measures along with other teams;
Define corporate policies for it-security areas to prevent or counter threats;
Perform regular it-security audits;
Along with other teams plan it-infrastructure to minimise it-security risks;
Assure compliance to regulations and standards where required;
Participate in planning the work of cross-functional departments, either in designing IT processes or offering to add new skills to the teams.
