Scrum Master/Associate Agile Process Consultant (offline)

We are SoftServe company and we are actively looking for Scrum Master/Associate Agile Process Consultant, who will be ready to deal with SoftServe clients’ team.

Job Purpose
Work directly with SoftServe clients’ team:
- Setup efficient processes and practices on the multiple team level
- Implement industry frameworks and its combinations
- Act as a Scrum Master in a team or multiple teams on the customer’s side and coach them along their way to success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Scrum Master you will:
- Consult and coach customer’s leadership and project teams
- Form productive relationships with peers and peer groups within the organization
- Look for ways to strengthen teams understanding of Lean-Agile concepts and principles
- Ensure teams actions are aligned with the product goals/vision
- Ensure Scrum and/or Kanban practices are used and improved within and across teams
- Use empiricism to maximize product value and bring transparency to the organization to build trust and strengthen relationships between the delivery group and business customers.
- Identify trade-offs between short and long terms benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner
- Foster a continuous learning environment helping teams to inspect & adapt

As an Agile Consultant you will:
- Assist in the assessment of the current state of the processes and roles in the teams
- Conduct process and knowledge gap analysis for the teams
- Design target process for the teams that will address clients business needs and constraints
- Tailor existing Agile framework or methodology on the project to meet customer’s needs
- Deliver Agile training for teams, leadership, and management

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
- 4+ years of project management experience in the software development industry
- Experience in management and facilitation of large-scale distributed Agile projects and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS)
- In-depth experience systemizing fit-for-purpose agile ceremonies across teams and coaching leaders on agile values, project and product management, etc.
- A proven track record of building sustainable iterative delivery
- Solid understanding of all aspects of SDLC
- Experience in assessing how the team is doing and suggest necessary actions to improve while fostering teamwork
- Solid knowledge of Agile approach, iterative/incremental development, and related frameworks, including Agile scaling (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, ScrumScale, DAD)
- Knowledge of cultural difference and cross-cultural behavior
- Demonstrated experience at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation (will be a plus)

- Great public speaking and presenting skills
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills  
- Skilled in building relationships and navigating through organizational ambiguity to create a path to value for the team
- Advanced English

Professional certification
- Any of ICAgile, Disciplined Agile, Scrum Alliance, or Scrum.org certifications
- Kanban University (will be a plus)
- SAFe or LeSS (will be a plus)
