Our Expectations

● Demonstrated effectiveness through personal responsibility, accountability, and teamwork;
● Experience working in customer support for at least 2 years;
● Good understanding and experience of troubleshooting & supporting business application platforms;
● Knowledge of
- Azure Cloud (not critical but as a big plus)
- Nginx
- Shell scripting;
● Knowledge and experience working with Agile methodology;
● Highly effective communication skills - both verbal and written;
● English at the Upper-Intermediate level at least.

Nice to have
● Understanding of .Net code;
● Knowledge of T-SQL;
● Understanding of Networking.

Your Responsibilities
● Analyze break/fix issues and work with empathy and a sense of the urgency to deliver solutions to meet customer/partner needs;
● Work through the resolution of technical service issues according to standard processes and procedures and specialized understanding of complex product issues;
● Ensure all critical cases or highly complex situations are quickly transferred to an appropriate staff member for immediate attention and proper escalation;
● Log all service data required for tracking;
● Maintain a high level of technical competence in the project solutions and related technologies;
● Ensure all customers receive prompt and courteous support enabling the highest possible customer satisfaction;
● Share best practices, knowledge, and learning with the team and the global support community to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support;
● Advise and coach Level 2 and 3 and/or technical consultants on the identification and resolution of issues or system build or configuration performing and documenting this knowledge.
