Main Responsibilities: the team uses Agile software development follow the SCRUM process to deliver 2-3 major releases of the product annually.
A team of 6 developers working in 2 weeks sprints. Planning for the sprint happens every 2nd Monday with daily standups each morning, and a sprint retrospective on the last Friday of the sprint.
Being able to work under pressure, as part of a team, good communication and willingness to be involved in all aspects of the product, is a crucial requirement. JIRA is used as our tool to manage these sprints and the product backlog.
