Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
— 2+ years of BA experience OR 1 year of PM and 1+ year of BA experience (for Middle level)
— 4+ years of BA experience (for Senior level);
— Experience mentoring/leading a team of BAs (for Senior level);
— experience with epic and user stories concepts;
— hand-on experience with Jira and Confluence;
— customer communication experience;
— Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English;
— experience in working on the pre-sale phase.

Will be a plus:
— experience in working as a team lead or project manager;
— understanding of software development process;
— understanding of the principles of Usability, UX;
— structured knowledge of any BA standard — IIBA, PMI.

Responsibilities:
— identify and analyze project stakeholders;
— conduct competitor analysis;
— identify and analyze the client’s problem and business requirements;
— determine the elicitation approach, conduct elicitation, and confirm elicitation results;
— decompose business requirements into Epics/User Stories;
— validate and verify requirements;
— participate in Agile ceremonies such as Release and Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demo;
— visualize business processes and data models by Activity Diagram/BPMN, State Diagram, ERD, etc.
