Senior .NET Developer (offline)

Project description:
Since its first release in 1979, the client, Professional Accounting System has been enhanced and updated constantly, making it the most comprehensive legal and professional accounting software package in Southern Africa. Today, over five hundred law firms and corporates of all sizes trust our client to manage their finances, with one in five law firm staffers using that soft to organise their daily tasks.

Project development phase:
New Development, Maintenance.

Working schedule:9:30 - 18:00 UA (can be discussed)

Team consists of: 6 Developers now

Main Responsibilities:
We use Agile software development follow the SCRUM process to deliver 2-3 major releases of the product annually.
We are a team of 6 developers working in 2 weeks sprints.
Planning for the sprint happens every 2nd Monday with daily standups each morning, and a sprint retrospective on the last Friday of the sprint.
Being able to work under pressure, as part of a team, good communication and willingness to be involved in all aspects of the product, is a crucial requirement.
We try to hold technical sessions every 2-3 weeks where possible.
JIRA is used as our tool to manage these sprints and the product backlog.
