Senior Game designer (offline)

Requirements:
— Experience working as a GD for 4+ years;
— Experience working on casual and mobile games, have project released;
— Experience of post-release GD work;
— Experience and ability to work on the full game design cycle, from pre-production idea discussing, to writing and supporting documents and describing features in details for devs and artists, to balancing, to analyzing launch data, finding issues and creating solutions;
— Strong English skills, both written (to create and maintain documentation) and spoken (to communicate successfully within English-speaking GD department);
— Strong communication skills for articulating ideas, reasoning decisions, being productive in discussions and being able to understand and explain any feature to any team members and not got lost in details.

Nice to have:
Experience with strategy, farm and city-builder games.

Responsibilities:
— Discussing ideas and solutions in GD department;
— Writing and maintaining GD documentation;
— Working on UX with UI/UX artist;
— Working closely with the devs on features;
— Working on game improvements based on the game data.
