Enterprise Architect (offline)

The Architect will play a diverse role in the organization, providing technical leadership and facilitate adoption of technical solutions, strategy and design patterns across multiple teams and stakeholders. He should definitely support Agile technical practices with proven knowledge in Agile domain knowledge area.

Job Responsibilities:
Understand eCommerce, and drive strategic thinking to build using existing patterns and to not reinvent the wheels.
Act as a subject matter expert with shareholders, business users and delivery team.
Understands well integration processes and implement practices of integration with enterprise eCommerce solutions and enterprise clients.
Translate strategic requirements into deliverable projects using proven technical patterns.
The architect role should make use of new technologies to maximize performance.
Architect overall technical design for enterprise-level e-commerce applications; document the details in technical design documents then engage with a team of developers to build and implement the solution.
Monitor the problems and resolve any complex issues with no to minimal impact on users
Create, communicate, and maintain best practices and coding standards for the team. Hold the development team accountable to follow these best practices.
Responsible for providing technical leadership throughout the product. Provide guidance in software design, user interface, technology integration, and interfacing with the client technology and management teams.
Collaborate with solution architects to update architecture documents and other development processes documents.
Implement integration processes and patterns, implementing best practices of integration with enterprise solutions, which are present at enterprise eCommerce companies - CRM, CMS, ERP, Logistics.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience.
The Architect must be a technical subject matter expert with 5-10 years IT experience architecting, 5-10 years of developing, and implementing enterprise solutions.
And we expect to have enormous knowledge about integrations with enterprise customer systems.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, strong proactive position. Conducts technology benchmarking and industry analysis to define the strategic direction.
Experience in leading eCommerce platforms and Hands-on experience on Java, Spring, Spring Boot, EIP and ESBs - Spring Integration, Mule, etc; PHP, Symfony; ETL, EAV, DBs (PostgreSQL, Mongo, etc), BPM Engines - Camunda, ELK, Kubernates, Docker, Linux.
Experience with backend system integrations as - CRM, financial systems, ERP, CMS, Logistic systems - will be a strong plus.
