The marketing company is developing a new separate direction in the field of social games. In this case we are looking for an enthusiastic retention manager/email marketing manager.
We need someone who use email power in 100%.

- Creating and managing life cycle journeys across conversion, new customer, churn prevention and reactivation stages;
- Request and manage content requests for banners and email communication;
- Manage improvements of the segmentation across behavior, preferences, and risk;
- Audit and approve email marketing campaigns before launch;
- Propose planning and briefing to evaluation, reporting & optimization
- Manage and execute onsite, email and other channels used to push campaigns;
- Segmentation of the database to optimize player retention strategies;
- Ensuring that new promotions and features are communicated to the customers;

- Min 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge and experience in a mass mailing;
- Experience in creating and executing promotional plans, and monitoring their success;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Creative thinking.
