Manual QA Engineer for eCommerce team (offline)

Required skills

• Experience with eCommerce web applications testing.
• Understanding of all phases of the QA cycle.
• Upper-Intermediate English: written and oral.
• Agile development is a standard for you, and you have experience with Scrum and Kanban

As a plus

• Experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Managed Package/ Lightning Salesforce B2B.
• Relevant Certifications (e.g. ISTQB® Certified Tester) and multi-year experience in software testing.
• Experience using XML, JavaScript, Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• As a QA Engineer, you create test cases for Salesforce B2B Commerce and execute these tests. You are in direct contact with the Product Owner, the Scrum Master, the development team, and client-side testers. You have to quickly and accurately understand the requirements of our clients and QA processes.

• In your daily work, you inform and advise our clients and develop test plans and execute these. For every release, you build and execute release specific tests. You also ensure that all regression tests are successfully performed.

• For every release, QA Tester execute tests. In doing so they ensure that all regression tests are successful and appropriate tests are built and executed for new functions.

• It’s your responsibility to discuss the test results with the development team. In case of an issue, you help the development team to reproduce the issue.

• You play a crucial role for the development team to support the customer in release decisions.

Specifically, your tasks are: • Perform functional and non-functional testing • Quality assurance of modern web applications based on Salesforce • Design test cases and formulate structured test strategies • Create, update, and follow the test plan • Review functional requirements • Find issues and report them using tools like JIRA and Slack • Test software releases and bug fixes • Coordinate and communicate the test results with the development team and the client
