Frontend Developer (offline)

Job Description
Mirantis is looking for a talented frontend developer with a passion to develop amazing end user experiences. You will be contributing to development of Mirantis Container Cloud, the flagship service our customers use to deploy Kubernetes clusters to bare metal and a variety of cloud providers. The UI is powered by React and our very own in-house Design System Component Library.

Responsibilities
Implement new features, evolve existing ones, and fix bugs, with quality code.
Write tests, unit, integration, and end-to-end, to increase shipping confidence.
Participate in the code review process for Mirantis Container Cloud.
Work closely with our design team to express compelling user experiences in code.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the front-end will integrate seamlessly with back-end services.
Stay informed on what is happening in the JavaScript ecosystem to make informed decisions on the best tools for the job.
Help your peers by sharing your knowledge and experiences.
Qualifications
Experience developing apps with React.js, familiarity with Node.js and Webpack.
Firm understanding of JavaScript language principles and constructs, performance and challenges.
Knowledge of CSS principles like specificity, layering, box model. Solid understanding of the DOM, event processing, performance optimizations.
Experience working in a fast-delivery environment where long-running features need to be broken down into incremental deliverables.
Ability to make simple mockups to illustrate a point and drive a feature forward, a sense of what is good UX.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Nice to have
Familiarity with mobx.
Experience using LESS or SASS preprocessors, emotion.js.
