Project Manager (offline)

Требования:
— 3 years of relevant experience
— Excellent command of English
— Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies (Тех бекрагунд не обязательно девелоперский (речь о том, чтоб могли ориентироваться в терминах) в веб разработке или же другой доменной области)
— Fast learner and self-study skills
— Deep understanding of the agile processes and methodologies
— Hands-on experience with Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket)
Будет плюсом
— PM/PO experience with a complex multi-component enterprise product
— Previous experience in a tech position (software engineer/network administrator/tech specialist in support)
— Interface with executives, stakeholders and BRM to discover, develop, refine requirements
— Communicate with the project team regarding technical implemetation details and feasibility
— Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
— Groom the product backlog
— Organize the sprint and release planning
— Monitor the progress of different work streams and remove impediments to maintain productivity and ensure ongoing delivery
— Keep efficiency on a project timeline, risks management and project scope
— Work with BRM to identify, prioritize and process end user complains
