Required skills:
β have an experience as an hr-manager in it-sphere over 3 years;
β have the knowledge and practical skills in building hr- processes in the company;
β have successful practical experience in working and close communication with remote teams;
β like to work with people;
β know how to work independently and you take responsibility for everything you do;
β have the maturity and the ability to resolve conflict situations;
β like to learn and want to develop professionally;
β have an intermediate English level or up.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
β hr strategy implementation;
β cooperation with top management in matters of people management and joint business processes;
β implementation and support of hr-policies and procedures;
β development of job profiles and introduction of development plans;
β work on the introduction of a grading system;
β onboarding new people;
β carrying out regular 1:1;
β conducting exit-meetings;
β work with involvement;
β performance review and payment revisions;
β maintenance and development of corporate culture;
β control of the correctness of the hr departmentβs workflow.
