— have the knowledge and practical skills in building hr- processes in the company;
— have successful practical experience in working and close communication with remote teams;
— like to work with people;
— know how to work independently and you take responsibility for everything you do;
— have the maturity and the ability to resolve conflict situations;
— like to learn and want to develop professionally;
— have an intermediate English level or up.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
— hr strategy implementation;
— cooperation with top management in matters of people management and joint business processes;
— implementation and support of hr-policies and procedures;
— development of job profiles and introduction of development plans;
— work on the introduction of a grading system;
— onboarding new people;
— carrying out regular 1:1;
— conducting exit-meetings;
— work with involvement;
— performance review and payment revisions;
— maintenance and development of corporate culture;
— control of the correctness of the hr department’s workflow.
