Required skills

• Experience 1+ as a Researcher for IT vacancies
• Experience in Google Boolean and x-Ray search
• Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool
• Ability to learn fast, find and use new research tools, analytical mindset
• Intermediate and higher English level

Responsibilities

• Search for new contacts and Candidates through various channels job boards, Linkedin, networking, internet searches
• CV screening according to vacancies requirements
• Maintain candidate database
