Product Manager (offline)

The Product Manager at Liberty Lending is responsible for defining and shipping products that deliver against Liberty Lending's vision and add value for consumers. The Product Manager will collaborate with business sponsors, designers, engineering, and other stakeholders across and outside the company to bring the product roadmap to life – ensuring requirements are clear, making trade-offs (if required), and delivering a finished product that achieves its objectives on schedule.

Responsibilities:

● Develop the vision, roadmap, and requirements for products that align with the company's vision and business objectives.
● Partner with cross-functional teams across project management, design, engineering, marketing, etc., through the entire product development lifecycle.
● Conduct data analysis, market research, and user research to incorporate consumer needs into product decisions.
● Lead product ideation sessions to further develop insights and assumptions to create new opportunities, features, or products.
● Lead the definition and management of KPIs as part of the product development process.
● Design end-to-end flows and experiences that support the business and technical requirements and provide consumers the best experience.
● Develop written requirements that include functional, business, technical requirements, success metrics, and associated use-cases; shepherding products from ideation to testing and iteration.
● Review wireframes and designs to provide feedback and approval to designers.
● Manage technical considerations, working closely with the engineering team to deliver elegant solutions.
● Decompose business requirements into product backlog features and stories with clear prioritization among features.
● Conduct A/B tests to support continual optimization of the product.
● Coordinate with marketing, operations, legal, and finance to ensure successful product rollout, communications, and adoption.
● Measure and report on product adoption and impact, and use data to recommend feature enhancements.


Desired Experience:

● 3+ years product management experience in Financial Services, Fin-Tech, B2B industries, SaaS
● Strong knowledge of product management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
● Strong understanding of user experience and user and market research best practices.
● Strong creative problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
● Technical fluency, comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineering.
● Ability to distill and translate financial and technical topics into easily communicable business concepts for execution by our engineering team
● Experience with design thinking and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various audiences at different seniority levels.
● Self-starter and goal-oriented with a demonstrated record of success in previous endeavors; motivated to deliver exceptional results.
