IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting
- Understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Source candidates using up-to-date searching tools
- Understanding of software development process, technologies, and methodologies
- Excellent communication and relationship development skills
- Autonomous, dynamic, and results orientated approach
- Responsible and can manage working time properly
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- English at an Intermediate level or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

You will work on:
- Drawing up requirements for vacancies
- Providing a full-cycle of the recruitment process
- Active sourcing of candidates using different tools
- Providing constant feedback to all candidates via various resources (mailbox, LinkedIn, djinni, Facebook, etc.)
- Analysis of the recruitment process and reporting
- Analysis labour market and reviews
