IT Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities:
β€” Full cycle recruitment process;
β€” Building trusting relationships with clients (outstaffing);
β€” Taking part in creating recruitment policies and procedures;
β€” Market research;
β€” Searching for the news tools for the best hiring.

Requirements:
β€” Experience in IT recruitment 3+ years;
β€” Experience in outsourcing companies;
β€” At least Strong Intermediate English;
β€” Excellent communication skills;
β€” Exciting and trusting networking;
β€” Splendid using practice of various searching tools;
β€” Ability for self-development and desire to take part in the improvement of the Recruiting process.

As a plus:
β€” Experience in working with different CRM and Recruiting / Sourcing Tools;
β€” Don’t afraid of any changes and know what does mean Scrum and Agile methodologies;
β€” Experience with foreign clients.
