IT Recruiter (offline)
Responsibilities:
β Full cycle recruitment process;
β Building trusting relationships with clients (outstaffing);
β Taking part in creating recruitment policies and procedures;
β Market research;
β Searching for the news tools for the best hiring.
Requirements:
β Experience in IT recruitment 3+ years;
β Experience in outsourcing companies;
β At least Strong Intermediate English;
β Excellent communication skills;
β Exciting and trusting networking;
β Splendid using practice of various searching tools;
β Ability for self-development and desire to take part in the improvement of the Recruiting process.
As a plus:
β Experience in working with different CRM and Recruiting / Sourcing Tools;
β Donβt afraid of any changes and know what does mean Scrum and Agile methodologies;
β Experience with foreign clients.
