IT Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities:
— Full cycle recruitment process;
— Building trusting relationships with clients (outstaffing);
— Taking part in creating recruitment policies and procedures;
— Market research;
— Searching for the news tools for the best hiring.

Requirements:
— Experience in IT recruitment 3+ years;
— Experience in outsourcing companies;
— At least Strong Intermediate English;
— Excellent communication skills;
— Exciting and trusting networking;
— Splendid using practice of various searching tools;
— Ability for self-development and desire to take part in the improvement of the Recruiting process.

As a plus:
— Experience in working with different CRM and Recruiting / Sourcing Tools;
— Don’t afraid of any changes and know what does mean Scrum and Agile methodologies;
— Experience with foreign clients.
