Project Manager (offline)

We are looking for a people-oriented proactive Project manager, who can work in a dynamic start-up environment and manage the team of designers and developers.
Team structure:
-6 designers
-2 WP developers
-3 Sales managers

This position for you if:
- You are ready to learn quickly and showing such expertise as
- You are a people-oriented Project Manager with at least 3 years of project management experience;
- Experience in various ERP systems and project management tools (We use ClickUp).
- Knowledge of IT domain economics and solid understanding of the SDLC process.
- Fluency knowledge of time management and budget planning methods, forming the PRD of the project.
- English - advanced (all customers are English speaking).

Responsibilities:
- Holding daily/weekly meetings with the team, monitoring the performance of tasks by performers in accordance with timing;
- Financial revenue control and expenditure planning;
- Managing communication with clients.
- Management the team of designers and developers using Agile methodologies.
- Resource planning and evaluation (project time and budget).
- Expectation management of business customers, drawing up the PRD of the project.
- Team mentoring.
- Participation in growth, improvement, project culture development.
