NOC Engineer (offline)
WOW24—7 is an international outsourcing company, based in Kyiv and Lviv. We provide quality customer support services for businesses around the world. Also, we represent Ukraine in the global market as a reliable outsourcing partner.
WOW24—7 collaborates with companies from Israel, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, the USA, etc. Our clients are from 19 countries.
Now we are looking for a NOC Engineer in our friendly team.
Requirements:
1. Fluent English (verbal and written);
2. Excellent PC skills;
3. Experience in working with Network, Network connection issues;
4. Good knowledge of API, IP address, communication protocols, security monitoring processes;
5. Initiative and desire to work;
6. Organizational and time management skills;
7. Analytical, communication and client interfacing skills.
Will be a plus:
1. Be familiar with OTRS, ITIL, DELL, CISCO, Routa Systems, Juniper;
2. ITIL foundation certificate;
3. OTRS ticket system;
4. Knowledge of German language (for communication)
Main responsibilities:
1. Provide L1 monitoring for system incidents;
2. Recognize the incident;
3. Collect all the necessary additional information about the incident;
4. Report to the team;
5. Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.
Conditions of work:
1. Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am — 9:00 pm (96 hours/month);
2. Possibility of remote work.
