Back-End Tech Lead (Ducky) (offline)

The ecosystem consists of more than 15 companies and the investment fund. We help startups in which we invest to scale their business and also share expertise in various areas, including hiring specialists.

Currently, we are looking for a Tech Lead for a start-up , whose m goal will be to create internal and external tools to automate and simplify the m processes of the company.

is the fastest hyper-casual publisher. We find game developers, help them test their projects with a live . If the test is succesul, the developer completes the game and we release it to the market.
The m value of our company is the speed of decision making, testing, and analysis.

Your tasks will be:

-Automation of the company's work processes in 3 directions:
-Automate routine marketing tasks;
-Collect an Internet portal to provide operational information to developers;
-Provide the team and developers with access to critical information for decision-making.

Requirements:

-5+ years of Backend development experience;
-2+ years of relevant experience as Tech Lead;
-Knowledge and experience with .Net / PHP / Node.js;
-Experience with ClickHouse;
-Basic knowledge of Unity;
-Understanding of B2B and B2C product development processes;
-The technical level should allow you to independently develop each of the -tasks, at least at the MVP level;
-Ability to delegate when the MVP stage is passed.

Will be a plus:

-Understanding the economy and monetization of mobile projects;
-Understanding business processes, expertise in entrepreneurship.
