IT Project Manager (offline)

Required skills

We are looking for a candidate who has enough technical background to deal with the management of various projects independently, a person who wants to boost his/her project management skills and grow with us.

• At least 1,5 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Intermediate+ English, because we work with clients from Europe, the USA and Canada — you will need to communicate a lot
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Redmine, Confluence or similar PM tools is preferable
• Ability to manage multiple different projects at the same time
• Ability to deliver projects within a defined plan and budget, define and meet the client`s expectations
• Ability to conduct effective plannings, daily meeting for the team
• Good negotiation skills be able to safeguard the company’s interests
• Experience with web and mobile projects
• Experience with international IT-projects

As a plus

• Experience in user story writing
• To have BA or technical writer experience
• UML, BPMN expertise
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban main principles.

Responsibilities

• Gather and formalize requirements from the clients
• Set up work for Dev and QA teams
• Produce project documentation at a basic level (SRS, BRD, user stories)
• Report project status and progress to the client on a weekly basis
• Conduct plannings, daily meetings, and retrospectives with the team
• Work closely with QA team, to meet client’s quality expectations
