Project Manager (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of working as a Project Manager at least for 2 years;
- Technical background and a strive to get acquainted with new technologies;
- Experience in working on a product/product company and proven contribution to a successful contribution previously;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle;
- Understanding Management Methodologies;
- Knowledge of management tools (JIRA/Confluence);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation and team building;
- Experience in working with requirements, risk management;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High level of self-organization, attention to details;
- Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English;
- High level of self-organization, attention to details;
- Knowledge of management tools (JIRA/Confluence);
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders;
- Technical documentation creating / updating (Use Cases), Functional and Nonfunctional requirements, System Requirements Specification;
- Administrative support for project participants;
- Establishment of the management on software development process on the project;
- Communication with customers of the project;
- Creation of project plan;
- Tasks prioritization, progress control;
- KPI control on the project, time reports checking (time report’s based KPI creation);
- Risk management and change management;
- Elaborating and documenting of new requirements;
