Art Director / Creative Manager

We are looking for a creative art director who is passionate about ideas and design. Can you take a project from a “good idea” to a brilliant execution, managing a team that creates initial designs all the way through to final delivery of a project?

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Design, Art Direction or any similar creative major would be a plus
- Experience as a UX / UI Designer, Videographer, or any related artistic position
- Ability to conduct thorough research to shape the style and brand ideas
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss creative work
- Understanding and appreciation for testing & iterative performance optimization
- Ability to adapt to changes, working in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment
- Deadline-driven, results-oriented with a «roll up your sleeves», get it done approach
- Fluent English

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing tasks from beginning to end with the elevated brand aesthetic in mind
- Owning the creative vision on all aspects of the brand and articulating that vision through the full palette of creative tools
- Translating the broader concept of a marketing campaign into a target audience specific visual output, filtering and sharpening ideas and concepts into a cohesive direction
- Partnering with team to support or lead on special design projects when needed
- Directing and managing outside agencies and production partners for creative campaign development and execution as needed
