GeeksForLess is looking for Technical Support Engineer (Linux Admin) for the world’s first autonomous breach protection platform, which eliminates the need of complex multi-product stacks, making robust breach protection within reach for any organization.

Working schedule: 9AM-5PM (UTC+2, Kyiv time)

- Basic understanding of the Windows environment
- Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Troubleshooting
- Most popular Linux commands/utilities
- Virtualization
- Networking
- Firewalls
- NOC duties and goals

— Installation, configuration and finetune products remote and on-site.
— Working with customers to ensure full deployment and support.
— Create supporting documentation for customers
— Provide formal remote and onsite training with on the job training to customers
— Provide Tier1-2 support — include deep investigation, provide workaround to various problems while meeting SLAs.
— Working closely with the SoC, Research and Development teams to ensure quick resolution
— Understand customer needs and help to shape product.
