1. Experience with Ruby and the Rails framework.
3. Robust knowledge in application design patterns (MVC, OOP, etc.)
6. Practical experience with SQL
8. Comfortable with GIT and the UNIX/Linux command line
9. Experience in Test Driven Development (RSpec)
