Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
β€” 3+ year of proven experience as Project Manager;
β€” Experience in web/mobile application development management;
β€” Strong understanding of SDLC;
β€” Strong understanding of Agile Methodology and Frameworks;
β€” Fluent English, with good communication and reporting skills;
β€” Requirements management, backlog tracking, and story task description definition experience;
β€” Knowledge of a project and team performance metrics;
β€” Good problem-solving skills;
β€” Experience in working with Jira and Confluence, other tracking systems
β€” Experience in Customer relations and expectations management, Change management, Budget management, and Estimation techniques.

Nice to have:
β€” Higher, Computer Science or Application Development education;
β€” Technical background (QA/Developer/BA preferable);
β€” Experience in pre-sales activities such as requirements elicitation, estimation;
β€” Understanding of PMI stages/approaches;

Duties:
β€” Work within Agile Methodology to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development;
β€” Plan, Execute, Control
β€” Develop and implement standards to the development and deployment process;
β€” Primary focus on the development process and delivery process within the Scrum team;
β€” Ensuring the consistency of development processes through collaboration with Tech Lead;
β€” Leading the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes through coordinated releases with the Development Manager;
β€” Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning;
β€” Helping developers resolve both technical problems, through collaboration with technical leads, as well as human resources issues;
β€” Monitor team members performance;
β€” Provide leadership and guidance to team members regarding their performance level and career development.
