Protemos is a product company that develops cloud software for managing translation business. Localization companies and translation agencies worldwide use our cloud-based products. We are growing rapidly and currently need a new member of our team — a customer support specialist.
What we expect from candidates:
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good communication skills
• Desire to learn
• Work experience in support or sales is an advantage
What you need to do:
• Provide timely updates of articles for our Knowledge Base;
• Supporting incoming issues from customers via phone, ticket system and email;
• Resolving product issues by clarifying the customer reported issue;
• Determining the cause of the user's problem;
• Selecting the best steps to solve the problem;
• Advising customers on the usage of our products;
• Preparing customer's requests for our developers.
