Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role;
• Exceptional team management and leadership skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future;
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude;
• Upper-Intermediate English.

• Future anticipation. Staying on top of technology trends and developments;
• Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards;
• Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely;
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors;
• The ability to communicate the technology strategy to the engineering team, investors, and key stakeholders.
