Team Leader (offline)

We are looking for a technical orientated Team Leader to join our fast-growing Fintech company.

ABOUT THE JOB
Just like our main office in Oslo, our Kyiv department is growing in high speed. Currently we are 8 developers and one Country Manager working on projects in close cooperation with our Oslo office. As our Team Leader you will be responsible for leading technical projects and making sure that the communication between departments is optimal. Your development skill will be an important part of the job, as you also will be working hands on with development.

About you:
• Team management experience
• Good interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate the team
• Ability to lead and manage processes for technological choices
• Great communication skills in English (must have to communicate with Oslo)

Responsibilities:
• Manage Ukrainian tech-team
• Motivate, guide and provide feedback to the team members
• Take part in the Technology Management Team
• Project planning and reporting
• Develop and manage delivery plans
• Ensure optimal communication flow between Kyiv – Oslo office
• Guide input for recruitment, backlog and methodologies
• Support and guide the members of the Tech Team in their individual development

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in programming, Java, JavaScript
• Experience with cloud development
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with application platforms
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker or Keycloak is a plus
