✅ What is required?
● Previous experience in cooperating with people as HR or in other administrative roles;
● Highly developed listening and communication skills;
● Problem-solving and negotiating skills;
● Ability to take the whole ownership for the work
● Great analytical and G-docs skills
● Ability to drive multiple tasks independently, prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently;
● Energetic, initiative and very well-organized person;
● Upper-Intermediate English;
● Great will to work with people and bring improvements in the daily life of the company.

✅ What will be a plus?
● Experience in Human Resources Management in IT company;
● Experience in onboarding, evaluation and performance review processes;
● Experience in dealing with people and facilitating stress situations.

✅ What you will do?
● Integrate and support HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, retention, performance review, probation period control, termination of agreements, etc.);
● Negotiate with different stakeholders
● Work with HR metrics, HR report, and HR analytics;
● Implement and support new initiatives related to HRM;
● Manage social benefits;
● Organize corporate events;
● Participate in growing corporate culture.
