At Spryker, you would interact with numerous stakeholders across the entire organization, from a wide variety of areas. About the Team
Full-fledged end-to-end delivery team. You will work closely with Architects, PHP developers, DevOps, and QA experts as part of an Agile development process to achieve the best possible results.

Responsibilities
-You are independently responsible for the administration and maintenance of our existing software and hardware, and creating and maintaining the documentation for it
-You enjoy setting up, supporting, and implementing systems and processes
-You will work closely to support our HR team with on- and offboarding processes for new employees, whereby ordering and setting up the required hardware is your responsibility
-For IT projects such as the complete development of the IT infrastructure at new locations/offices or the introduction and hosting of new systems, you are the specialist and have all the strings for planning and implementation in hand
-You are responsible for the first and the second level support
-You take care of the security of data, accounts, and systems
-You always encounter problems in a solution-oriented manner and are the first point of contact for our team with regard to system issues at all times

Skills
-You have completed training or degree with a focus on IT administration and have already gained solid professional experience
-You are a professional in dealing with Mac, Linux and Windows operating systems
-You are well-versed in the administration and configuration of web services such as Atlassian, Slack, and Google for Business
-Information security is not just your hobby, but your passion
-You have expert methodical experience in the maintenance and error elimination process as well as with professional IT operating processes
-As a communicative personality, you approach problems proactively and independently – nothing is unsolvable for you, and if it happens, you know where to reach to find solutions
-Automation/scripting with Python or another language as well as knowledge of cloud hosting are an advantage
-Great communication skills and fluency in English, German language as a bonus
-In addition, you have a great personality and – like us – bring a good mood and joy
