Senior IC Design Engineer (VLSI) (offline)

Autotalks is looking for a Senior VLSI design engineer to be a part of the digital logic design team for the development of the next-generation SoC for the NR-V2X (5G), comprised of multiple subsystems (Baseband processor, Application processor, Security subsystem, Vehicle Connectivity).

Position responsibilities:
· Leading the Modem (Baseband processor) design
· Lead complex IP design activities and 3rd part IP integration
· Defining the micro-architecture of the NR-V2X Digital front end
· RTL implementation of the micro-architecture
· Full RTL Sign-off responsibility
· Following automotive design process and signoff procedures

Required qualifications and experience:
· B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
· At least 5 years of VLSI front end design experience
· Ability to define subsystems micro-architecture
· Verilog as a mother tongue
· Proven experience in designing large subsystems
· Experience with front-end tools – Lint, CDC and RDC
· Full understanding of functional (e/SystemVeilog) verification flow

Advantage:
· Experience with synthesis tools
· Experience with Baseband processor / Modem design
· Experience in low power architecture and design
· Full understanding of AMBA protocols
