Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
—2 + years of experience in Business Analysis;
—1+ years of experience with Pre-Sale is a Must-Have;
—Analytical skills and attention to detail;
—Proven experience in eliciting requirements;
—Capable of drafting functional / business / system specifications;
—Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies;
—Experience in UML and BPMN diagrams designing;
—Experience in SRS or BRD creation;
—Experience in Use Case and User Story description;
—Experience in Requirements management;
—Advance\Fluent English (both verbal and written).

Nice to have:
—Understanding of databases;
—Understanding of UX and user flow;
—Experience in prototyping;
—Experience in telecommunication`s projects;
—Experience in Jira/Confluence

Responsibilities:
—Creation and maintenance of the product documentation: specifications, various schemas, and workflows release notes, user manuals, etc;
—Elaboration of the inputs from the product owner into user stories;
—Serve as a bridge between development and product teams to resolve specific questions, find out more information when needed;
—Direct communication with customers to gather requirements;
—Defining business requirements, performing requirements analysis, management, and implementation, preparing technical specifications;
—Support with tasks estimations and pre-project ;
—Ability to meet deadlines;
—Communication with project team members;
—Writing of technical documentation;
—Take an active part in project delivery.
