— You have 1+ years of IT recruiting experience
— You want to learn and you are eager to self-improvement
— You have superb interpersonal and communication skills
— You understand business needs of the company, you feel the right profile, understand peculiarities of each project.
— You know how to get things done. If you don’t know, you come and ask for help.
— You know English at least on Intermediate level
— You understand IT market in general
— You are not afraid of new challenges and new market opportunities
