IT Researcher (offline)

Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of sourcing experience in IT (preferred);
- Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Russian (Ukrainian);
- Ability to switch dynamically between tasks and positions, to prioritize them and meet deadlines;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Will be a plus:
- Desire to learn and have an extra functionality in HR, marketing, branding spheres.

Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels (Linkedin, (of course:), job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches etc.);
- Work closely with your Senior Recruiter, use different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates;
- Maintain candidate database.
