Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects, experience in different engagement types – staff augmentation, end-to-end delivery, etc.
• Successful experience as Program Manager on cross-located programs of 100+ FTE. Ability to build efficient organizations at scale of 100+ ppl, inspire and grow managers
• Ability to manage/supervise multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Be ready/capable to jump in hands-on to specific project to fix crisis situation
• Ability to build processes in the new project team from scratch
• Ability to choose, adopt and tailor any delivery methodology being an expert in the most of them
• Experience with account development, project planning & contracts preparation
• Thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Methodology, values and procedures
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts, hands-on experience in introduction engineering excellence approaches and techniques on the project. Including but not limited to: suitable testing pyramid, CI/CD, code quality tracking and improvements, etc.
• Strong experience in people management
• Ability to work under constant pressure
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with tough stakeholders
• Fluent English level


Responsibilities:
• Manage large cross-located program - 150+ people, up to 10 projects/streams
• Proactively manage number of Client stakeholders
• Build end-to-end project governance from scratch, including comprehensive project tracking
• Participate in pre-sales, drive project Discovery, help to attract new Business, take personal responsibility and ownership for up-sales
• Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to both internal & external stakeholders and managers
• Implementation of organization best practices in the projects
• Effectively manage hands-on group of talented & ambitious managers, architects and engineers
• People Management function at scale of 30-50 ppl (unit growth, communications, motivation, engagement, retention, salary management)
• Balance a sense of urgency with calm and confident behavior
