DataRoot Labs is looking for a HR Generalist for a company that is experienced in Blockchain. The team has won several international blockchain hackathons and also according to the results they have gained the trust of Tezos, Ukrainian government enterprises, and many other partners from around the world. Responsibilities
- Set up and manage the hiring process; - Participation in the full cycle of recruiting: from searching for specialists, interviewing, organizing all subsequent stages, to preparing an offer and onboarding an employee; - Development and organization of the company's HR-strategy; - Implement a useful process for onboarding new employees; - Based on the best cases, to create a system of internal motivation of employees; - Monitor the needs and problems of company employees; - Introduce bonus system, loyalty and engagement research; - Organization of team building and corporate events.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
- Experience in the blockchain field; - More than 3 years of experience in IT recruitment/HR;; - Knowledge of differing recruitment practices and interview processes; - Excellent networking; - Strong written and communication skills; - Upper-Intermediate level of English; - Willingness to multitask and process large amounts of information.
